The Laowa Nanomorph lenses are small, anamorphic lenses meant for Super35 sensors. Their lightweight feature, being less than 390 grams each, makes them versatile for many applications. They maintain anamorphic traits without exhibiting distortions, thanks to the constant 1.5x anamorphic squeeze. Their fairly short focusing distance enables broad scope for framing.
The 50mm T2.4 lens has a focal length of 50mm and an aperture ranging from T2.4 to T16. Comprised of 13 diaphragm blades, this lens allows for a shallow depth of field and soft bokeh. It also offers a minimum focusing distance of 70cm and a field of view of 42 degrees. It weighs a mere 390 grams making it impressively lightweight.
The Nanomorph lenses come with three different flare options: amber, blue, and silver. The silver model exhibits a neutral coloured flare, which adapts to the colour of the light source. The mirrorless lens mounts of the Nanomorph are interchangeable with each other. The lens comes with a single bayonet mount, but bayonets for other mounts can be purchased separately.
